What is Yur Art™?

Yur Art is an iOS art collection app. Photograph paintings and other artworks with From Photo (AI analysis), add pieces with Enter, organize insurance and sale records, and export your collection.

When will Yur Art be available?

Yur Art is coming soon to the App Store. Yur Home is already available; Yur Art shares the same OpenAI credits model and support experience. Check this site for launch updates, or send a note from the Home page.

How much will Yur Art cost?

Yur Art will be a free download. Enter (manual artworks), browsing, editing, and export remain free.

Cloud From Photo analysis uses OpenAI credit packs purchased in the App Store:

  • 25 Credits — $0.99
  • 100 Credits — $2.99

1 credit is used per From Photo analysis. There is no subscription and no free OpenAI analysis trial. Buy packs in Settings → OpenAI Credits.

Do I need an OpenAI API key?

No. App Store builds do not use bring-your-own API keys. Analysis runs through Yur Art’s service when you spend credits.

Does Yur Art use Apple Intelligence?

Apple Intelligence photo analysis with a one-time Full Access unlock will be offered in a future update on supported iPhones and iPads.

At launch, use OpenAI credits for From Photo, or add items with Enter any time.

How do I add entries?

On the Add tab:

  • From Photo — choose an artwork photo for AI analysis when you have OpenAI credits. Review suggestions, then save.
  • Enter — add artworks manually any time, including title, artist, medium, and value notes.
How does OpenAI analysis work?

When you use From Photo with credits, Yur Art sends the photo to its analysis service (powered by OpenAI) to suggest title, artist, category, medium, condition, a rough estimated value for insurance or personal records, and a short summary. Estimates are not certified appraisals — you review and edit every suggestion before saving.

Where is my data stored?

By default, artwork records, photos, and related notes are stored locally on your device. You can optionally enable iCloud Documents sync to keep records across your Apple devices.

Can I export my data?

Yes — export is always free. Yur Art supports CSV, PDF, or ZIP from the collection view.

What should I do if something isn’t working?

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue continues, send us a message from the Home page with your device model, iOS version, your credit balance if relevant, and what happened.

How quickly will support respond?

We review support requests regularly and prioritize account access and data-related issues first.
