Privacy Policy

Your information will not be collected by Yur Art™ developer or associates except for any information automatically provided to us from the App Store during purchase or restore transactions, and a random client identifier used only to track your OpenAI credit balance on our analysis service. Artwork photos, titles, artist details, insurance and sale notes, and related data you create stay on your device or in your personal iCloud account when you enable sync. The only information we actively collect for support is contact information you provide through our support site, used solely to respond to your request and never shared with third parties.

When you use From Photo with OpenAI credits, the selected photo is sent to Yur Art’s analysis service and then to OpenAI to generate suggestions. We do not use your photos for advertising. You review every suggestion before saving.

When Apple Intelligence photo analysis becomes available in a future update on supported devices, that path is handled by Apple — on your device, through Private Cloud Compute, or a combination Apple selects — and we do not receive those photos for that analysis path.
